How the law protects you

In addition to our promise, your protection is ensured by Georgian legislation. According to the legislation, you have the right to request information about how we use your personal data. 

In accordance with your request, we will be obliged to provide you with this information. We have the right to use your personal data only if there is a specific contractual and/or legal basis. 

We have a legal basis for using your data, which also includes business-related and/or commercial purposes. It is important that our processing of your data does not cause you harm. In addition, the processing of personal data of a minor is possible only in accordance with Georgian legislation and in the best interests of the minor. 

Below is the purpose of processing your data: 

Types of personal data -contact information, socio-demographic, contractual, location-related, open access data and public records, social relations-related, documentary, communication.

What we use your personal data for -to communicate with you, to provide services, to conduct our business effectively and fairly, to implement our rights and obligations under the contract.

  • When you speak to us by phone or meet face-to-face as part of the provision of services;

We act in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, which may not entitle us to immediately delete your personal data. Information received from third parties 

We have the right to request and receive your data from third parties. Information is requested in accordance with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection and, if necessary, based on your prior consent. 

 

Who do we share your personal data with?

We may need to share your personal data in cases provided for by Georgian legislation or with organizations that need to provide us with the product or service you have selected.

When we use the services of third parties, other providers, within the scope of our usual activities, we may need to share your personal data with them to perform specific tasks. Examples of cooperation with third-party service providers are:

  • Design of web tools and/or applications, ongoing maintenance services;
  • IT service providers who can provide application or infrastructure (e.g., “cloud”) services;

How long do we keep your personal data

We keep your personal data for the entire period of your service; and also for the period established by law after the end of the service:

  • To respond to questions and complaints;
  • To prove that we are treating you fairly;
  • To carry out the proceedings in accordance with the regulations imposed on us.

 

How to withdraw your consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, unless it is contrary to the requirements of the law.

The right to withdraw is possible (or relevant) when the basis for data processing is your consent.

If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with the full service you are seeking.
